Hornbill Restaurant, Delhi

Recently I was exploring Delhi, where I found out that there in Delhi itself lies a Tibetan Refugee Colony where the variety of Restaurants serves impeccable food and beverages. Within those narrow streets I came across Hornbill Restaurant which deals with mostly Non-Veg and a limited Veg but a quality of food.

This Restaurant is operated by the people from Nagaland and Myanmar, this place has been made up with the wooden glory. The ambience they have created with the wooden table and chair along with the artefacts like paintings, swords and knives hung over the wall gives the unique identity to the restaurant.
The dim Yellow Lighting smoothens the charm and make the ambience calm and cool to have a conversation over a meal with family and friend's.

I ordered few dishes at first but the taste of it was so much mouth watering that I ended up with more. The starters like Momo’s, spring rolls, Noodles and more can boost you up to get started with the  delighted meal. If you are looking out for pork, then you shouldn’t leave this place. They have a menu with 30 meals and 10 starters accompanying the native beverages from Nagaland. The Chicken and Mutton Curry with Rice is remarkable, they have a set of thali’s too. You can order thali for Chicken, Mutton, Pork, Steamed Pork with their special tomato and fish chutney which I recommend you guys personally.

After having a proper meal, I was totally full but as a good gesture they offered me a beverage called Rice Beer. The Rice Beer is made by fermenting the Rice for days and converting it into a drink. That taste was an excellence with no blend of alcohol but a nurturing one.

Hornbill is a pleasant Restaurant to visit within the budget.

If you are a foodie just like me, then visit there and share that experience with TheeArtistry.
I'll be keeping you updated with the best food nations.
