Hello I'm fitness fairy , i just sprinkled motivation dust on you. Now go and move your ass. This shit is expensive . I'm learning everyday to allow the space between where I'm and where i want to be, to inspire me not terrify me so lose your mind find your soul. What is Yoga? Yoga originated in ancient India. the Sanskrit word "asana" is a more accurate description of what is commonly referred to as yoga in terms of the poses and physical  postures. Yoga is not about the shape of your body but, the shape of your life. It is designed for a vast and profound purpose and for it to be truly called Yoga. Its essence must be embodied.  A complete session of yoga should incorporate the following four factors: * Exercise every part of the body * Pranayama (breath control practices) * Relaxation * Meditation I'm learning everyday to allow the space between where I'm and where I want to be, to inspire me not terrify me...

Smoking (An Addiction)

Smoking is injurious to health and we all know that but still we consistently puff it up. We have made it a part of our lives as well, where we follow it on a daily basis like a routine. ↠A  cup of tea and a cigarette, great combo. ↠Before going to the washroom. ↠To escape problematic situations. ↠To overcome the depression. ↠Work pressure. And there are many more reason that varies from person to person but where smoking a cigarette remains the same.  Smokers do feel better after a cigarette, but only when they haven't smoked since the previous day. Quitting cigarettes is hard enough as it is, but women are up against some extra barriers when it comes to giving up this nasty habit. Craving spikes related to menstrual-cycle  hormone changes may make it harder for women to quit smoking, depending on the time of the month.
