The Unforgettable Blues Of Goa

Beach Days Equal To Best Days!

Goa is a place for Relaxation but also the beach is always not a place sometimes it's a feeling  the way waves kiss your feet.
It is one of the most popular due to its rich heritage, warm and friendly people, tropical climate, scenic beaches and exotic handicraft.

If you want to explore Goa properly I’d recommend you rent a scooter. Exploring Goa on a rented scooter is the best and the most affordable option. These scooters are usually available for INR 250 – 300 per day. Taxis here really add up and they don’t use a meter. Make sure you carry your driving license because there are many check points. If you get caught there will be addons in your travel memory.

Most of the beaches in Goa are dotted with sea facing shacks that are typically run by local Goan families.

Happiness is a day at the beach as it’s easy to spend almost an entire day sitting on beach beds of these shacks gazing at the sea. Many of these shacks offer affordable accommodation options. i was staying in a cottage If you want a cute  hut and swimming pool at decent prices, this is it. The cottage was beautiful and impeccably clean. located behind Novotel shrem, Candolim.

Everything was very accessible and within walking distance.

Chapora Fort: Chapora Fort first got noticed in the movie Dil Chahta Hai. Some movement are gold, make sure to watch the sunset from this spot overlooking the ocean.

Goa’s beauty reaches its zenith in monsoon. Many organizations plan special monsoon treks covering a number of waterfalls and forest trails. Museums in Goa aren’t that Boring at all

the Big Foot Museum or the Goa Houses Museum, both would surprise you with its unique representation of an ancient Goan culture.

Other worth-visiting Museums of Goa are:
- Goa Chitra Museum
- Houses of Goa Museum
- Big Foot Cross Museum
- Archeological Museum of Goa

Fort Aguada is a well-preserved seventeenth-century Portuguese fort, along with a lighthouse.

Aguada Jail
Part of the fort has been converted into the Aguada Jail, which mainly houses those accused of narcotics, sale of drugs and trafficking. This is one of the largest jails in Goa.

Timings
The Fort Aguada is open all days of the week from 9.30am to 6.00pm.

Location
This fort is located on the Aguada-Siolim Road in Sinquerim (Candolim, Goa).

Season

March to May: This is the season when the temperature rises, the sea becomes rougher and the weather turns hot and humid. The good thing is that Goa is not too crowded during this time. However, the prices of hotels and homestays become way too reasonable in case you want to visit Goa for a three-to-four day break with your beloved, looking for peace and calm. although i must say, the prospect of sitting on the beach with chilled beer all day is quite appealing

The best time to visit Goa is between November and March when the Goa weather is beautifully balmy & clear with a cool sea breeze blowing through. The temperature goes to 32 degrees during the daytime, which is ideal to enjoy water and adventure sports.

Tip:    I prefer to travel on weekdays and offseason. This helps me to discover more out of a place and also am happy with the quiet and peace around.

If you have visited any of these places and loved a dish, or place  I’d love to hear from you. Suggestions for my next trip to Goa are also most welcome!

I have attached a video below, you can have a look for a smothering experience because WE WORK HARD AND TRAVEL HARDER!!
